All orders over $40 ship free in the United States!!!

✿ When will my order ship?
I ship once a week, usually on Tuesday's. :) Everything is printed, packed, and assembled by me, so your patience is greatly appreciated!

✿ How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

✿ What is your return and exchange policy?

Please contact me via email at hello@beverlysalas.com if your order is damaged, lost, or incorrect! I will be happy to fix any problems I can!! Just make sure to include first and last name and order number :) I do not accept returns!!!

✿ I put in the wrong address, can I have a refund?

Unfortunately I cannot take responsibility for the input of incorrect addresses, as an independent illustrator I can't afford to do so! Please check your address when placing your order and afterwards the address can be found on your order confirmation. If you realize that you've entered the wrong address, please email me ASAP at hello@beverlysalas.com and i will do my best to rectify the error if i can! If your order has been marked SHIPPED, it is too late to adjust your address!

✿ My sticker order hasn't arrived yet?

If you are within the US please give stickers 2-3 weeks to arrive! Most arrive within the week, but with constant post office delays, this could take longer! If you are INTERNATIONAL, please allow up to 5-8 weeks (SOMETIMES LONGER!) for stickers to arrive! Contact me via email at hello@beverlysalas.com, if your stickers don't show up after the allotted time! Please include your order number and complete name in the email when contacting :) Sticker mail is shipped without tracking if you are ordering JUST stickers! If you order other things, your order will include tracking! :)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

If you are an international customer, unfortunately I cannot ship through THIS website to your country! The good news is that I can still ship to your country via Etsy (another platform that I sell my work on! If you are looking for prints and other goodies, you can find those on my etsy: http://www.etsy.com/shop/artbybeverlysalas .

IF you would like to purchase more things that are up on this website and not up on etsy, I will make a custom listing for you on Etsy! Please just send a screenshot of what is in your cart to my email: Hello@Beverlysalas.com, I will make you a custom listing on etsy with your items, and you will be able to pay for shipping and tracking on etsy! Most international shipping is $25 USD and $35 for blankets.
